Noah was found abndoned with his mother Tia who was taking very good care of her baby but was very emaciated herself. Noah is just a happy go lucky puppy who loves to play with toys and all his new found doggie friends in his foster home. He needs a family who has the time and energy to take on an active beagle puppy.
