Saffron immediately stole the hearts of her foster family. She is petite, only 19 pounds, and she has impressive manners. She eats slowly for a beagle but still cleans her plate. She shows more interest in being around people than following her foster brother beagles. She has had no potty accidents. Saffron was fantastic on her walk - she did not pull on the leash and kept her nose in the air the whole time - no stopping! She has a cute little gait that has us wondering if she had some formal training. She is not a fan of the crate. The only time we have heard her bark was when she was left alone, she might do better in a family with another dog.
