Faith needs a caretaker or foster!

Update May 26, 2005: Faith is ready for adoption. When we received Faith she had a severe flea allergy and had lost most of her hair (see the "before" photo below). After several weeks of intense care, Faith just received an excellent report from the vet and has been taken off all medication. She will only require a weekly bath with medicated shampoo and a flea free environment, as her fur slowly grows back. Faith has shown herself to be very playful and sociable. She likes to spar and play with our 1 1/2 year old female beagle and our 5 year old male beagle. She also gets on well with the other neighborhood dogs as well as cats. We don't have any background information on Faith, but the vet guesses her to be about 4 years old. She appears to be housebroken and has not had an accident in the past several weeks. Faith loves to take walks and will let you rub her belly as long as you want. Faith has had a tough life up to now and needs lots of loving, petting and hugging. Whoever adopts this little sweetheart with have a FAITHful, loving and wonderful companion. There is nothing like the love and joy a rescued dog brings.
