Poor Felix and his buddy Oscar are quite the odd couple! Poor things were surrendered by their owner to the rural county pound. Apparently he had too many animals and these two unlucky guys were picked to go! Felix is starting to learn the rules of being in a house as it is pretty obvious he has never been in the house before. He is generally laid back and loving ...just playful and good natured boy. He will need to be neutered and treated for heartworms before his adoption can be finalized. Update: Felix has been neutered and had his dental work done in which he had 4 teeth pulled.
He seems to feel sooo much better now! He is enjoying playing more, he loves to roll in the grass and sniff around the yard. He'll find a special toy or tennis ball and carry it around trying to hide from the other dogs. He also just loves a good belly rub and has been known to fall right to sleep ;)
