Poor little Oliver was turned into the shelter by his family who lost their home. We are so glad we were able to find the space to save him. He is just adorable and is the perfect mix of beagle and basset. Being surrendered may have ironically been the best thing that happened to him because he is very underweight, his ears were filled with 2 years worth of gunk and debris, and his nails are overgrown. He has been cleaned up and is eating double portions to put on some weight.
