Sub (Hoagie as his foster caregivers call him) is a very sweet, gentle boy. He is very shy although he likes to be petted. At times he shys away from people approaching him, but he does come up to us. Inside the house he comes up to people easier than if he is outside. If he sees other dogs getting attention, he is more likely to approach people. We are expecting he will become more comfortable with a little time. He probably would do best in a home where people are home with him often. Hoagie is housetrained, and he has figured out the dog door. You have to admit, he is beautiful and with his sweetness, we are sure he will be adopted quickly.
