Ceto is a stunning beagle boy who was surrendered to the shelter by his owner. We just can't figure out why because he is such a fantastic little guy! He gets along great with other dogs and young children. He is just a happy loving boy who loves to have his head and belly rubbed and wants to be your new best friend! He has already been neutered. Ceto really would like to go to another home with a canine friend and since he does bark he would be best suited to a house rather than a condo. Ceto really needs a family who is active and around a lot as he does get lonely. He also has a lot of energy and really needs a playmate. My kids are playing with him a lot but I truly think a young canine playmate would make him the happiest! He is super sweet and loves the other senior dogs here & loves playing with the kids. Poor guy is dragged all over the house on a leash and doesn't complain a lick--his tail just keeps wagging!
